Katie Wright wins her first game in 4 years at Ballumbie winning 3&2 with Leanne. Dani and Tara birdied 4 in a row to win 5&4 Mirren and Emma got beat 3&2, looks like we have finished 3rd overall

Ballumbie

The first day at Ballumbie now finished with a few close hard games.
Tara and Dani as well as Emma and Leanne halved their games this morning against the west.
Our afternoon games all went to the 18th. Tara and Dani were 5 down after 6 holes but fought back magnificently to win 2 up. Mirren and Emma let a 2 hole lead at 15 slip and were beaten by a hole. Leanne and Katie were 1 down coming up the last and unfortunately just failed to gain the half.
I don't know if I can take much more drama!!!

The south team for the girls interdivisionals this weekend at Ballumbie is Tara Mactaggart, Danielle Ker, Katie Wright, Mirren Fraser, Emma Kennedy & Leanne Wilson.  Have a great weekend and play well.

Ballumbie -4th & 5th June

Danielle Ker and Leanne Wilson are both playing for the South in the Inter-divisional matches at Ballumbie this weekend.  Danielle played in this round robin matchplay competition against the North, East and current holders West last year but it is the first time Leanne has made the 6 girl team.  Play well girls

Inter Division Matches at Ballumbie

The inter division matches get under way this weekend 5/6th June with the teams arriving in Dundee on Friday night
The 6 girl teams from each of the four divisions will play each other in a 'round robin' format. Each match will consist of 3 foursomes
